We will accept late Junior High All-State Application and Audition submissions for full consideration through the end of November 23rd. Junior High All-State applications were supposed to be due 11/09.

Note: Any Last Minute Registrations need to be completed by Monday November 9 11:59 PM in order to be considered. You will not have time to upload your recording if you wait until the last minute.

Part 1 - This is the Registration Form for the 2020-2021 Utah Junior High All-State Concert Band. All current information can be found at
Part 2* - After successfully registering and paying the $10 Audition Fee you will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite. You will find the "Audition Submission Link" (through Dropbox) for submitting your Audition Video in the confirmation message from Eventbrite.
In order for your Audition to be considered, you must: 1 - Register/Pay (with Eventbrite) and 2 - Submit your video file (via the Dropbox Link). The submission links will be in the email confirmation from Eventbrite.
All Registrations and Files should be received and uploaded (2 Step Process) by 11:59 PM on Monday November 9, 2020.
*You must choose and complete an actual "Instrument" type (not Sample Registration) for your application to be considered.
Sample Registrations are for informative purposes only (even though you might receive a confirmation email).
